What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years’ experience in bio tech/life sciences project, Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Life Sciences-related discipline, knowledge of biopharma industry, Familiarity/experience with end-to-end CMC drug development, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, Ability to work cross-functionally, with matrixed maintaining business partner relationships, leadership skills and executive ability to positively influence outcomes, Excellent conflict resolution, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Ability to navigate and bring clarity to areas of uncertainty in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Cell Therapy experience preferred, PMP qualification preferred
What You'll Do.
Overseeing the planning
and delivery of project(s) in alignment with the company's strategy
Supporting a complex late stage autologous asset through registrational enabling activities and submission preparation.
Identifying project scope and strategy.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
Coordinating project deliverables with functional leads and network project managers.
Managing project timelines
Communicating project status.
Being accountable for project outcomes.
Using CTD PMO best practices
Working with internal and external partners to implement effective project management plans.
Partnering with project
functional and work stream leads to successfully achieve project objectives inclusive of program assets as well as strategic initiatives.
Providing team leadership and drive to ensure projects are executed on-time and within budget.
Facilitating the definition of project scope
goals and deliverables.
Creating project scope
Maintaining and updating project objectives through project lifecycle.
Monitoring execution and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards.
Proactive risk management to identify
collaborate on mitigation plans and resolve issues.
Reporting on project progress
offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
Implementing appropriate project change control.
Facilitating project team attend related project meetings as necessary to ensure alignment.
Evaluating and assessing result of the project through regular after-action reviews.
