What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in storage engineering, 3+ years in engineering management, Deep expertise with Ceph and distributed storage architectures in production environments, Experience building and operating multi-tenant cloud storage services at scale, Understanding of block, object, and file storage protocols and performance characteristics
Nice to Have
Experience with third-party enterprise storage platforms (DDN, VAST, Weka, NetApp), Knowledge of high-performance storage optimization techniques for AI and HPC workloads

Optimize storage systems for AI and HPC workloads requiring extreme throughput and low latency
Manage capacity planning
and vendor relationships across the storage stack
