Industry & Context.
Act as escalation point for complex customer implementations and delivery challenges
Travel %: 15% of the time, Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience in a related field OR a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience OR 12+ years of relevant professional experience, 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams, background in cloud infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise IT environments, Experience leading customer onboarding, migration, or implementation programs, Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technical projects, stakeholder management and communication skills, Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Nice to Have
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, Experience with multi-tenant cloud platforms (VMware vCloud, hybrid cloud), Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, etc.), Experience with ITSM processes and service delivery frameworks

Partnering closely with Architecture
Owning end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) implementations for new customers
Ensuring successful onboarding
and transition into managed services
and timeliness across all implementation engagements
and delivery milestones
Acting as escalation point for complex customer implementations and delivery challenges
and developing a team of Cloud Implementation Engineers
Establishing performance expectations

Providing technical guidance across implementations
Ensuring adherence to architectural standards
and security requirements

Ensuring alignment on customer expectations and outcomes
Driving standardization and scalability of implementation processes and methodologies
Developing and maintaining documentation

Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across delivery
Monitoring key delivery metrics and continuously improving team performance
Partnering with Architecture
and Managed Services teams to ensure seamless transitions
Ensuring alignment between design
and ongoing operations
Acting as a bridge between technical execution and business outcomes

Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with Architecture, PMO, Sales, and Managed Services; Working in cross-functional, matrixed environments; Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer expectations and outcomes; Partnering with Architecture, Security, Support, and Managed Services teams to ensure seamless transitions; Ensuring alignment between design, delivery, and ongoing operations
Communication Scope
Stakeholder management and communication skills; Engage with customers as needed on escalations, complex scenarios, and executive-level concerns
Process & Methodology
Managing timelines, risks, and delivery milestones, Managing and delivering complex technical projects
