4+ years of digital marketing strategy and account management experience in a healthcare/pharma agency, proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cultivate high-trust client partnerships, Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (websites, banners, social) with a track record of driving strategy for major pharma product, hands-on experience with pharmaceutical product communications and Veeva Vault PromoMats submissions, Track record of managing complex enterprise books of business and acting as a trusted consultant to proactively uncover, pitch, and secure business expansion opportunities, ability to translate digital analytics, KPI dashboards, and campaign performance data into actionable business insights for clients, Ability to travel, minimum once a quarter per client or as needed

Nice to Have

Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Vault CRM, or other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications, Experience working across multiple complex therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, rare disease, immunology), Experience collaborating closely with internal creative, technical, and medical writing teams in an agency or consulting environment, Familiarity navigating complex Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes and FDA guidelines
