What You'll Do.

Provide direct assistance during staffing shortages

Support management and execution of wish-granting activities

Ensure alignment with national standards

Assess situations quickly

Support enterprise-wide wish enablement efforts

Facilitate strategic identification of wishes

Coordinate transfer of wishes across chapters

Document wish budgets

Coordinate travel wishes

Coordinate non-travel wishes

Assess chapter workflows

Execute work to stabilize pipelines

Execute work to advance pipelines

Conduct assessments of chapter wish operations

Identify opportunities for performance improvement

Identify opportunities for risk mitigation

Identify opportunities for operational consistency

Support chapters in leveraging in-kind partnerships

Support chapters in leveraging assets
