Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 5-8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial strategy, exposure to out-of-hospital markets (retailroad market), Opened mindset with business acumen, Proven strategic thinking capability with track record of translating insights into impactful business initiatives, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills across BU, Sales, and Marketing, Solid analytical capability with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive data-informed decisions, ownership, accountability, and results orientation, Demonstrated ability to drive execution excellence and alignment in complex organizational environments, High level of resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
