Must Have
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field, six years of progressively responsible experience in capital markets, corporate finance, job offered, or related occupation, Financial markets, debt and equity instruments, and risk management practices, Structured finance including asset backed financing/securitization, Regulated industries such as fintech and banking, Working with credit card financing, Assessing market trends and analyzing lending receivables data to inform decision making, Communicating and negotiating with key stakeholders and external parties, Regulatory requirements governing capital markets, including SEC and FINRA
What You'll Do.
Manage debt funding operations
Prepare legal documentation
Report monthly metrics
Ensure deal compliance with partner banks/investors
Manage customer account movement operations
Move account receivables from issuing bank to Master
Work with engineering teams to build customer account
Streamline payment activity for account transitions
Build out daily settlement with key stakeholders
Build out efficient daily settlement procedure
Own portfolio reporting
Own covenant management
Provide updates on key deal triggers
Provide updates on portfolio performance
Assist in acquiring new funding partners
Assist in selection of new funding partners
Assist in onboarding of new funding partners
Assist in key relationship management
Work with external partners to execute funding
Work with external partners to execute operations
Build out process for securitization readiness
Work with rating agencies for securitization readiness
Work with investors for securitization readiness
Execute monthly reporting requirements
Execute quarterly covenant certificates
