Shape executive agendas by translating Salesforce’s technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes

Partner with C-level stakeholders to define

and govern large-scale transformation investments

Diagnose current-state business performance and identify value creation levers

Develop robust financial models and investment-grade business cases

Apply industry benchmarks and leading practices to quantify impact

Elevate discussions from product capabilities to enterprise transformation strategy

Lead C-suite workshops and board-level conversations

Position Salesforce as a long-term strategic transformation partner

Define measurable value metrics at program inception

Track realized outcomes against approved business cases

Provide corrective insights to optimize ROI and transformation impact
