About the Role: Join Crusoe’s Business Operations team within the CFO/COO function, where you’ll serve as the bridge between executive strategy and operational execution. This role will be actively involved in building Crusoe's operating rhythm and informing decision-making. You'll drive the company's most critical cross-functional initiatives, making sure speed and structure move together. This role will also help establish Crusoe’s M&A integration function, creating the standardized playbooks, workflows, and structures we need to execute deals rapidly and capture their full value. This is a high-visibility role for a strong operator who thrives on ambiguity. You’ll own problems end-to-end: scoping them, assembling the right team, driving execution, and reporting outcomes to leadership. We're seeking a results-dr
