8+ years of experience in business operations, M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable role at a high-growth technology or capital-intensive company, Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, Problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to structure ambiguous problems, Ability to communicate insights to senior leaders, Proven ability to build trusted relationships, Proven ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Self-starter, Manage multiple priorities independently

About the Role: Join Crusoe’s Business Operations team within the CFO/COO function, where you’ll serve as the bridge between executive strategy and operational execution. This role will be actively involved in building Crusoe's operating rhythm and informing decision-making. You'll drive the company's most critical cross-functional initiatives, making sure speed and structure move together. This role will also help establish Crusoe’s M&A integration function, creating the standardized playbooks, workflows, and structures we need to execute deals rapidly and capture their full value.   This is a high-visibility role for a strong operator who thrives on ambiguity. You’ll own problems end-to-end: scoping them, assembling the right team, driving execution, and reporting outcomes to leadership.   We're seeking a result
