This individual will operate independently while collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners across regions and time zones. This role will strengthen financial discipline across business units, drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and enhance operational effectiveness. The Senior Manager / Senior Associate will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and business leadership (e.g. Corporate & Technology Services, Office of General Counsel, HR, etc) to improve transparency, scalability, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of financial acumen, reporting proficiency, operational aptitude, organization, resourcefulness, creativity and strong communication. Being able to see the big picture, connecting the dots, and drilling down to the details will enable success in this role.
