We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** **Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems (Defense, Europe)** **Location: Sweden, Europe (flexible)** We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our **Integrated Mission Systems** team and drive the growth of our market share across Europe. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for high-value, integrated solutions involving **cameras,** **radars** , and **software** —serving critical **C-UAS,** **Defense** and **Border Control** missions. As **Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems**, you will be a key contributor to Teledyne FLIR’s success in the European market. You’ll lead the pursuits of major programs and work closely with key customers- anticipating their needs, shaping requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. With your proven track record, you will capture business opportunities with focus on **Border Surveillance and C-UAS opportunities** where there is strong demand, and other similar applications for security and defense.
