What You'll Do.
leading strategic growth initiatives and capture execution for Energetics products within the Defense and Aerospace business unit
Develop and execute program‑level growth strategies aligned with TDY Energetics US business objectives
Lead opportunity shaping
and long‑term program positioning across assigned customers and platforms
Translate market trends into capture strategies and prioritized opportunities
Provide input to product roadmap
technology investment
Serve as the primary customer interface for assigned opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with defense primes
and government stakeholders at the program
Lead complex sales cycles requiring coordination across Engineering
Represent Energetics capabilities in customer meetings
