**Senior Manager - Behavioural Science** **Join one of the world’s leading corporate behavioural science units** * Apply behavioural science and experimentation to drive financial wellbeing outcomes at scale * Partner with leading international research groups and internal specialist teams * Help build the next generation of behavioural science capability at CommBank **Do work that matters** We are hiring at both Behavioural Scientist and Senior Behavioural Scientist levels, with appointment level determined by technical depth, applied experience, leadership scope and ability to shape a portfolio of work. The CommBank Behavioural Science Centre of Excellence uses applied behavioural science and experimentation to design better financial services. We study how people decide and behave in real financial contexts, synthesise theory and the latest scientific evidence, and use that insight to develop, test and improve services for customers, colleagues and communities. Our work helps customers make more informed, safer and more confident financial decisions, and supports staff wellbeing and effectiveness. We work on some of the most important behavioural challenges in financial services, including financial wellbeing, the psychology of scams and fraud, and best practice in human-centred AI. **See yourself in our team** CommBank is Australia’s largest bank, serving millions of customers every day.
