What You'll Do.

formulating and driving strategy, managing key relationships across a selected set of distribution relationships, viz.

National Distributors, Fintech or Independent Financial Advisors, manage the key distributor relationships - research, product, and sales strategy teams centrally for all national distributors, Drive projects and initiatives to manage and develop the central gatekeeper relationships across NDs, Achieve and exceed the sales target of the retail distribution for the assigned set of relationships, along with the regional sales teams, Work with the senior sales leadership team in the country to improve sales delivery across NDs and get funds approved and recommended for sale on various ND platforms, Strategize the business strategy with the distributors – products, pricing, sales across locations, events, etc., Suggest pricing changes and do impact analysis of pricing models so that the overall objective of the firm is met, Coordinate the execution of sales strategy with the regional teams internally, Independently plan and suggest strategic initiatives, Work with various departments within the company independently, viz.

portfolio management, products, operations, etc.

for smooth implementation of the strategy devised with the distribution channel, Monitor sales metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, weekly management reports, etc., Apply the requirements of the regulatory authority and mitigate escalate to senior management as needed, Represent the Franklin Templeton brand and culture through day-to-day activities.
