Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own, grow, and manage relationships with existing audit partners across all customer segments, ensuring high-quality audit experiences and long-term strategic alignment. Expand and diversify the audit partner network by identifying, onboarding, and activating new firms while reducing concentration risk across regions and segments. Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Audit Partnership Managers across the US, EMEA, and APAC, including performance management and goal setting. Define and refine partner engagement models, including external communications, joint business reviews, and structured relationship governance. Drive international expansion of the audit partner ecosystem, adapting strategies to regional market dynamics and regulatory requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, partner operations, and leadership teams to align partnership strategy with broader business objectives. Establish scalable operating rhythms, quality standards, and partner health frameworks to ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in audit, compliance, consulting, or partner management roles, with strong preference for a Big 4 or mid-market audit background. 3+ years of people management experience, including leading distributed or global teams. Proven success in managing and growing external partner ecosystems or large-scale client relationships. Strong understanding of audit frameworks, compliance standards, and the broader assurance ecosystem.
