Full Job Description

For additional information please visit our website at [www.oaktreecapital.com](http://www.oaktreecapital.com/). **Scope & Responsibilities** • Supporting the lead lawyer on strategy across transactions and workstreams; • Drafting legal documentation based on internal templates, including loan agreements (IBLs, IFLs, etc.), plain vanilla SPAs, clean up documentation and related board and shareholder minutes; • Coordinating the collection and execution of transaction and day to day legal documents, in accordance with the articles of association, board and/or shareholder resolutions, and applicable governance requirements; • Coordinating signing and closing mechanics, including the preparation and handling of powers of attorney, notarisation and apostilles; • Ensuring that corporate records (including registers and articles of association,) are accurately updated post transaction; • Maintaining and updating the legal clean up tracker, and liaising with external law firms on clean ups and transactions as required; • Leading the harmonisation of legal templates across strategies, including the creation and implementation of new templates where required; • Maintaining and developing legal databases for the Luxembourg legal team, and preparing reports as required; • Assisting with other legal or cross functional projects as appropriate. **Qualifications** • At least 7 years of experience with a law firm and/or in-house legal function; (experience with global private equity/corporate structures is a strong asset). • Experience in managing a large number of requests and demon
