What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, 4+ years’ hands-on software development experience, 4+ years’ experience managing software development teams, Experience with application server deployments (e. g. , JBoss/WildFly), Exposure to messaging systems such as IBM MQ, Experience with CI/CD tooling across cloud and on-premise environments, communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation, Ability to lead and manage large-scale projects, Knowledge of industry standards such as: ITIL, Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc. )
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD), AWS experience
