What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in Global Markets, Prior BFC experience for >6 years is mandatory, Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA /CFA / MBA
Nice to Have
CFA / FRM certified candidates would be preferred, Advanced education and/or enhanced technical qualifications are a plus, Ability to use Access or VBA would enhance the candidate’s attractiveness significantly, Alteryx / Python / Tableau knowledge would be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Produce and deliver daily P&L to front office
Provide analysis and explanation of revenue drivers
Reconcile actual P&L with trader estimates
Provide flash/actual variance analysis
Work closely with trading desks on position issues
Work closely with trading desks on P&L issues
Work closely with trading desks on other issues
Perform Front-to-Back analysis
Perform reconciliations of front office P&L
Perform reconciliations of balance sheet to firm sub-ledgers
Assist with execution of month-end controls
Analyze traders’ risk positions
Apply the Greeks vs daily market moves
Liaise with Technology
Liaise with Market Risk
Liaise with Rates Risk
Liaise with Operations
Develop existing processes
Improve existing processes
