What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimally a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Min 6 years of experience across strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, or revenue strategy roles, Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills, with the ability to build and adapt models for strategic and operational decision-making, analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, distil business implications, and develop actionable recommendations, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams, Proven ability to take ownership and drive end-to-end execution, even in ambiguous or evolving contexts, commercial judgment and a clear understanding of how businesses grow and scale
Nice to Have
Experience in high-growth environments, ideally within the Technology space, Have worked in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity firms, Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools (e. g. Tableau), and/or working with large, complex datasets across functions and regions
