Must Have
10 or more years of experience, SQL proficiency, cloud-based big data systems, advanced data processing pipelines, data management and data analytics tools, code and model management, scalability, governance of the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, AI-based development tools
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, specific ML framework experience, cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
lead a team of data and infrastructure engineers
delivery of data solutions
development and management of cloud-based big data systems
and managing spatial-temporal and other types of data for analytics
implementation and operationalization of advanced data processing pipelines and AI
identifying and integrating new data management and data analytics tools
ensuring best practices in their
establishing and administering MLOps best practices
and development of team members
setting the strategic direction for the team
building alignment with key stakeholders
Manage and develop the Analytics Data Platform team
drive technical excellence
and development of a roadmap and implementation plan
continuously modernize our analytics data and model management platform
improve operational efficiency
Implement data security measures
ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards
Engineer secure app patterns into cloud platforms
identify and address performance bottlenecks
troubleshoot technical issues
implement optimizations
Be a subject matter expert in cloud computing & model management/MLOps
help data scientists and analysts work effectively in the cloud environment
understand data and ML system requirements
deliver effective solutions
Be a technology thought leader
