What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a quantitative field., 10+ years across analytics/data/AI, 3+ years leading cross-functional analytics programs, SQL, Python (or similar), experience enabling analytics consumption via governed semantic layers/metric, comfortable with structured and unstructured data, Experience building analytics products, using AI to accelerate analysis, insight generation, and storytelling, Executive communication, stakeholder translating analytical and AI concepts into clear decisions and roadmaps, Proven change in leadership and adoption enablement, delivering measurable improvements in time-to-insight, decision quality, or risk management
What You'll Do.
and prioritize AI-assisted analytics opportunities
Own the roadmap for AI adoption
Establish an analytics use-case intake process
Deliver analytics-ready datasets
Develop and govern the Cortex Intelligence semantic layer
Enable retrieval and grounding over approved analytical knowledge
Standardize monitoring for data quality
Lead cross-functional delivery for prioritized AI analytics use cases
Drive adoption through enablement
Implement safe-response standards for analytics outputs
Enable AI/ML for analytical modeling
Partner with analytics stakeholders to embed AI-assisted insights
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Analytics/Insights leaders; Partner with Data Engineering; Lead cross-functional delivery (within Analytics and with Data Engineering); Partner on governance, controls, and recurring business reviews; Partner with analytics stakeholders
