Proven experience or a passion for Applied AI safety, possibly from labs, academia, or evaluation/red teaming roles., Understanding of the commercial consulting delivery model., Ability to bridge the gap between highly technical AI safety research and strategic business challenges., Flexibility to support broader senior manager work and embrace an entrepreneurial approach., Structured approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality, high-stakes projects.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI safety red teaming and evaluation., Experience working with frontier labs like OpenAI and Anthropic.
What You'll Do.
Lead delivery across AI Safety portfolio
Focus on frontier model evaluations
Crossover work with customers in Government & Public Services
Shape commercial delivery of AI Safety projects
Serve as primary link between clients and data scientists
Translate AI safety research into actionable changes
Model red teaming and safeguard testing
Oversee and provide thought leadership on AI safety evaluations and red teaming projects
Develop and execute compelling proposals
Advise clients on AI safety strategy and technical implementation
Support wider delivery work as a Senior Manager
