What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, 7+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives, 5+ years focused on AI, ML, or data-intensive products, 2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience building, coaching, and developing product talent, Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products (ML and/or generative AI) at scale, product strategy skills, including prioritization, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences, analytical skills and comfortable with data, experimentation design, and metrics, Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams, Customer-first mindset with accountability, collaboration, and decisiveness, Comfort with ambiguity with the ability to drive clarity in complex problem spaces, Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM- or generative-AI-powered experiences, preferred, Experience working in regulated industries and partnering with legal/compliance teams, preferred, Healthcare and/or logistics domain experience, preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead AI-powered product initiatives from discovery through delivery
Own and evolve the AI product strategy and roadmap
Lead end-to-end product execution for AI/ML and generative AI features
Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear requirements
Partner with engineering teams to evaluate AI outputs
Define and track KPIs for AI features
Establish and maintain responsible AI practices
Create an operating cadence for AI product work
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
and develop a team of junior product managers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business leaders; Partner with engineering teams to evaluate AI outputs, manage tradeoffs, and ship iteratively; Establish and maintain responsible AI practices in collaboration with legal, compliance, security, and engineering; Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executive audiences; Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
