Must Have
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Commerce, or similar, and/or equivalent practical experience, Extensive experience across data, analytics, software, or digital delivery roles, Recent hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into production, Demonstrated experience leading enterprise enablement and adoption programs, Proven ability to build AI business cases and deliver measurable outcomes, Experience with GenAI and AI agent patterns, Familiarity with model risk concepts, Hands-on engineering experience building and deploying LLM applications and AI agents, Understanding of enterprise technology environments, Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, Security, and Risk teams, Hands-on software engineering background, Experience building LLM-enabled products, Experience managing vendors/partners
Nice to Have
Certifications or training in cloud/AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google) and/or product, agile, or change management, Experience in financial services or other regulated environments, including governance, privacy, and auditability expectations
