What You'll Do.
Set strategic direction for EMEA credit and collections
Own EMEA collections automation roadmap
Drive adoption of AI across credit and collections
and develop credit and collections professionals
Own credit risk strategy for EMEA customers
Drive timely resolution of customer disputes
Develop and refine credit and collections policies
Lead EMEA rollout of AR automation platform
Partner with Finance Systems and AI tooling teams
Navigate EMEA-specific regulatory
and payment landscape
Deliver reporting and insights on receivables health
Collaborate with regional AR peers to harmonize global
Represent EMEA AR in cross-functional initiatives
