What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related fields, 2+ years in a people management role, Deep expertise in SQL and building scalable, production-grade data models, Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), Proficiency in Python (or similar) for data transformation, automation, or application development, Experience building data products (not just dashboards), including tools, apps, or workflows used in business operations, Demonstrated experience applying AI/LLMs (e.g., Cortex, OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to real business problems, Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, Experience supporting Accounting or Finance organizations

Experience with ERP and financial planning systems, Background supporting finance or accounting teams, Familiarity with agile development practices
