4+ years of PBM Account Management or clinical management including managing teams of clinicians, Previous management experience which includes responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff, Must be authorized to work in the U. Nice to Have
licensed pharmacist, background with specialty pharmacy working with pharmacy manufactures, PharmD or MBA, PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Health Plan, Managed Care, and Managed Medicaid experience, understanding of clinical analytics, formulary rebate, and formulary maintenance, Current state’s Pharmacist license with no restrictions
What You'll Do.
Acts as the Account Director for various programs
strategic direction and oversight of the account managers in the Account Management team
Collaborates with internal operations and clinical teams to develop and execute best practices
promote client solutions and satisfaction
and develop and deploy on-going training for account managers
Serve as a subject matter expert and oversee all pharmacy program implementations

Quarterly Business Reviews and client strategies
Develop skills and capabilities of Account Managers including analytical problem solving

Develops tools and processes to enhance the clinical program management and relationship management capabilities of the Account Management team which include reporting
