**POSITION SUMMARY****:** The individual is responsible for leading the strategic optimization, financial performance, and operational execution of the health system’s 340B program. This role serves as a system-level leader accountable for maximizing the value of the 340B program to expand patient access, improve affordability, and drive sustainable financial performance. This leader will partner across pharmacy, finance, compliance, and clinical operations to ensure accurate program execution, compliant growth, and continuous performance improvement across contract pharmacy, mixed-use settings, and eligible sites.
