What You'll Do.
Partner in delivery and development of Head Office
Improve financial capability and accountability
Serve as key finance interface for Group directors
Build trust and confidence in reported numbers
Centralise IT procurement for transparency
Manage finance processes for IT and Facilities centralisation
and accurate management information
Explain variances to plan
Collaborate with stakeholders to build budgets and forecasts
Explain and understand variances
Influence stakeholders to meet finance objectives
Deliver finance reporting cycle
Outline and report financial trends
Assist in preparation of annual financial statements
Assist in external audit process
Assist with modelling and submitting budgets and reforecasts
Manage and develop Assistant Management Accountant
Adhere to Muller “GO” system of financial control
Support Group Head Office stakeholders in management of
Drive consolidation of Group IT and Group Facilities
Prepare and explain inter-group recharges
Contribute to quarterly reforecast process
Complete monthly reporting including variance analysis
Create and maintain monthly finance reports
Create 3 year OpEx impact tracking
Analyse systems and processes
Identify functionality gaps
Ensure SAP transactions are recorded accurately
Assist in realisation of ad hoc projects
Promote continuous improvement activities
Establish ways of working with key stakeholders
Attend regular meetings with key stakeholders
