Must Have
5–7 years’ experience in management accounting, Relevant tertiary qualifications, CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification, Extensive proficiency and working knowledge of SAP, Extensive proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Experience in budgeting, Experience in forecasting, Experience in financial analysis, Demonstrated organisational skills, Ability to prioritise tasks, Demonstrated ability to work independently, Demonstrated ability to work as part of the team, Understanding of financial reporting principles, Understanding of commercial drivers

What You'll Do.
Support month-end close process
Support year-end close process
Conduct detailed monthly variance analysis
Provide meaningful commentary
Prepare weekly snapshots
Prepare monthly management reports
Prepare quarterly QBR reports
Prepare commentary for DTC business
Assist with year-end close processes
Monitor financial performance indicators
Support annual budgeting process
Support periodic forecasting processes
Analyse business performance
Improve forecast accuracy
Improve financial outcomes
Ensure integrity of financial data
Ensure accuracy of financial data
Ensure integrity of financial reporting
Ensure accuracy of financial reporting
Support compliance with accounting standards
Support compliance with internal policies
Support compliance with regulatory obligations
Maintain effective financial controls
Maintain governance frameworks
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
