2-3 years building maintenance experience, Carpentry functions, HVAC functions, Electrical functions, Mechanical functions, Plumbing functions, Paint skills, Electrical skills, Plumbing skills, Drywall skills, Diagnose problems on equipment, Knowledge of basic electrical systems, Knowledge of safety rules, Knowledge of hazards, Application of accident prevention measures, Basic knowledge of fire protection hydraulic system, Basic knowledge of fire protection alarm systems, Valid Driver’s License, Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot and make repairs
Perform maintenance/minor repair activities
Assist other departments
Perform job in accordance with standards
Schedule and perform preventive maintenance
Maintain inventory systems
Inspect air handling units

Oversee maintenance work
Provide guidance to maintenance personnel
