Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, 3 – 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or multi‑family housing, Advanced skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building systems, Ability to mentor staff and support daily departmental leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service abilities, Ability to safely use tools, lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions, Willingness to participate in on‑call and emergency response schedules
Nice to Have
Universal EPA certification, CPO is preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and repair skills
Mentor junior technicians
Support the Service Manager
Ensure the property remains safe
Take ownership of complex maintenance issues
Guide preventative maintenance programs
Deliver high‑quality service to residents
Assist in leading maintenance operations
Serve as acting lead in the Service Manager’s
Diagnose and repair advanced issues in electrical
Address unsafe conditions
Ensure timely corrective action by the team
Monitor and report on building and security systems
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on HVAC and
Manage inventory of tools
Participate in on‑call rotations
Respond to property and resident emergencies
