What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Nice to Have
2+ years of programmable logic controls (PLC) programming experience, 2+ years of robotics system components and controls experience, Experience working with material handling equipment (MHE) safety standards in accordance with OEM requirements, Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, Experience in electrical and electronic principles, Experience in preventative maintenance procedures, Experience in blueprint and schematic reading, Experience in industrial electrical, Experience in industrial controls, Experience in industrial electronics, Experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programs, Experience in National Electrical Code (NEC), Experience in work order management, Bachelor's degree, Experience with robotic maintenance, Intermediate English (B2+), Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks
What You'll Do.
Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely
Monitor teams to ensure everyone follows correct processes
Keep track of equipment performance
Schedule additional servicing when required
Supervise technicians on shift
Support technician development
Act as first point of contact for Reliability
Solve issues in equipment to reduce downtime
Support finding ways to continually improve systems
Standardize processes across Mexico network
Lead a team to make sure everyone has
Ensure equipment is running properly
Monitor processes so regulations and policies are followed
Ensure preventative maintenance is carried out
Suggest improvements to make systems more efficient
Implement improvements across BR-wide function
Monitor processes with tools like Scada
Assist with admin tasks
