Regular visits to properties, Experience cold winters and hot summers, Obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance, NV-1/SECRET Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or SSBI (U. S. ) clearance, At least 18 years of age, Comply with all site environmental, health and safety requirements, Complete work task in a safe manner, Report any unsafe acts or conditions, Continuous adherence to environmental, health and safety procedures, Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to “STOP WORK” if a job is unsafe or possess a danger to the environment, Conform to the Vesta Quality Program, Carry out job activities in compliance with the Quality System documents and customer contracts, Read and understand their Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities, Read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to their job
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of Facilities maintenance and operations, resource planning and personnel management, Exceptional customer service and written and verbal communication skills, Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, Recognized time management skills, including an ability to meet deadlines, Demonstrated ability to lead by example, set standards for others to follow, and lead a team with exceptional customer service skills, Ability to work with a diverse set of customers and team members, Previous experience in an administrative role where customer service forms an integral part of successful performance, Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, Current Driver’s License, Trade qualification in an appropriate building trade, At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role planning and overseeing the execution of work schedules for a team, NV-1/SECRET Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or SSBI (U. S. ) clearance, Able to fluently read, write and speak English
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP, Experience using Microsoft Suite, Trade qualification in an appropriate building trade, HR Driver’s License
