In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations to ensure the continuous and efficient running of production equipment and facilities. You will play a key role in implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and leading maintenance projects to improve equipment reliability and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement the Corrective Maintenance actions under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor Engineer * Execute the approved preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability while ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan. * Maintain machines to increase its efficiency and decrease stoppage times. * Execute the shut-down plan after discussion with the maintenance Supervisor Engineer * Participate in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the settled schedules while ensuring their timely and efficient execution. * Apply and implement the instructions for the ISO and complete all ISO related paperwork. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years experience in maintenance engineering within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. * Proficiency in maintenance management systems and preventive maintenance planning. * Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. * Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. * Very Good in English.
