The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in various skills in mainframe technologies, middleware, databases, and DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of enterprise application support. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ and VSAM. Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Manager, etc..,) and their operational workflows. Perform maintenance and production support (L1/L2/L3) for mainframe applications, ensuring high availability and resolving incidents/defects within SLA timeframes. Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries. Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options aligned with business needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Extensive experience in mainframe application development, support and maintenance Technical Skills: Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ and VSAM. Strong understanding of software devel
