Must Have
Basic computer skills, Proficient in reading part and assembly drawings, Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality, Proven ability to accept direction and complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually, Ability to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing onto and beneath machines, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required, Ability to obtain a Hi-Lo (Forklift), Aerial Platform and Overhead Crane license, along with Lockout Tag Out training, while employed at JR, Ability to provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job, Proficient with skills outlined in Modules 1, 2 & 3

Conduct tasks with minimal supervision
Execute ISO/Quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Coordinate secondary processes
Assist Lead Builder with project tasks
Operate machining equipment

Partnering with Machine Build Leads; Partnering with project teams; Working as part of a team
Communication Scope
Communicates with the Machine Build Lead on open issues and progress
Process & Methodology
Assist Lead Builder in maintaining and coordinating project task lists, Driving project to completion within the timeline
