**Job Requisition ID #** 26WD98730 **Position Overview** Autodesk’s M&A Finance team is a highly visible and impactful group that plays a key role in shaping the company’s inorganic growth and strategic evolution. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance, the Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance will be a critical leader within the M&A Finance team, supporting the full M&A lifecycle from diligence and transaction planning through close, integration, and post-close value realization. This role will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, IT, business teams, and more Finance and cross-functional teams to assess transactions, support decision-making, and execute finance workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong financial acumen, sound business judgment, strategic perspective, superior business partnering, AI and process excellence mindset, and the ability to lead and simplify cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance, the Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance will lead and support finance activities across the full M&A lifecycle, from diligence through sign, close, and integration.
