## About the role As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will own the end-to-end movement of goods across our North American supply chain, from supplier to customer, while setting the standard for how our logistics function operates. You bring the experience to make confident decisions fast, the credibility to influence stakeholders at every level, and the judgment to identify what's working and what needs to change. You'll be a senior contributor and leader on the team, shaping not just your own work but the quality and consistency of the team around you. ## What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end logistics process across the US and Canada, making sharp, well-reasoned decisions to keep orders on track across quality, speed, fill rate, communication, and cost. Lead value engineering initiatives on transport, identifying structural opportunities to improve order profitability and delivery performance at scale - not just one shipment at a time. Negotiate with nurseries and transport partners at a senior level, securing advantageous terms while deepening the strategic relationships that keep our supply chain resilient. Manage a high volume of active orders simultaneously with precision — following up diligently, anticipating problems before they escalate, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Communicate proactively with upper management: surface risks and wins early, escalate issues with full context, and drive resolution rather than waiting for direction.
