According to brand strategy, develop regional brand strategies and annual promoting plans • Identifies regional business opportunities and potential trend through sales data and other BI data interpretation • Rolls out product knowledge training for regional sales force • Lead engagement plan and conducts direct communication with regional TLs and speakers • Creation and execution of regional-wide standalone activities, work closely with key committees and lead promotional activities on 3rd party annual meetings • Works with Regional Sales Manager to plan and monitor regional promotional spending • Control annual brand A&P with accurate monthly phasing • As core member of regional minimal working-force, contribute to regional access key stake-holders engagement plan with resource consolidation. _If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
