Resolve loan-related customer service issues

Assist closers with closing process

Prepare closing documents

Review closing documents

Process loan closings

Book new loans in Fiserv

Set up loan parameters in core system

Create post-closing ticklers

Track property insurance for loans

Track flood insurance for loans

Monitor insurance exception reports

Ensure proper insurance coverage

Process real estate tax payments

Communicate regarding delinquency taxes

Track tax delinquencies

Assist in escrow administration

Perform annual escrow analyses

Generate loan payoff letters

Review loan payoff letters

Coordinate with attorneys

Supervise satisfaction processing

Supervise termination processing

Process loan participation payments

Communicate with participating banks

Oversee product updates

Oversee specification updates
