Must Have

Law degree, Admission to practice law, Eight (8) or more years of legal experience, Primary focus on litigation and government investigations, Experience with litigation, disputes, eDiscovery and investigations, Experience with government agencies related to banking and capital markets business lines, Experience with mergers and acquisitions, subpoenas, liens and levies, and collection matters, Communication skills, Research skills, Writing skills, Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to work collaboratively, Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues, Ability to counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions, Experience advising clients in a complex, diversified, matrixed, global organization, Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects efficiently, Experience driving complex projects to completion

Nice to Have

Background in technology, Background in financial services, Background in banking, Experience with government agencies related to the company’s banking and capital markets business lines including the US Federal Banking Agencies, Securities and Exchange Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission, Experience or background in technology, software, banking, or financial services

What You'll Do.

Manage complex docket of litigation

Provide strategic support for eDiscovery function

Manage assigned matters

Develop case strategy

Conduct witness interviews

Draft pleadings and motions

Negotiate with opposing counsel

Draft legal agreements

Consolidate investigations

Provide legal and strategic counsel to executives and colleagues
