The law firm is a dynamic, full service law firm specializing in public entity law while serving clients across a wide range of legal needs. We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to represent public entities in governance, compliance, and litigation matters for our clients in our Bridgewater, NJ office. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful legal issues across contract, employment, real estate, and litigation practice areas, contributing to the public sector and supporting community-focused outcomes. Key responsibilities include: * Representing public entities in governance, compliance, and litigation matters * Handling cases in NJ Superior Court and administrative law hearings * Drafting pleadings, motions, resolutions, and contracts * Managing multiple matters and client stakeholders efficiently * Providing legal counsel on municipal and public entity law * Collaborating with colleagues and clients to address complex legal challenges * Supporting public sector clients across contract, employment, real estate, and litigation practice areas **Requirements** ### Required Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) * Active New Jersey state bar admission * 10+ years of litigation experience, including NJ Superior Court and administrative law hearings * Public entity or municipal law experience * Experience drafting pleadings, motions, resolutions, and contracts * Ability to manage multiple matters and client stakeholders * Able to work hybrid with 3 days per week in-office in Bridgewater, NJ * Able to travel as needed for court appearances ### Preferred Qualifications: * Litigation experience in municipal court * Experience across contract, employment, and real estate law practice areas * Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills * Experience with public sector clients * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a legal team **Benefits** Why Join Us? ● Comprehensive Legal Exposure: Work on a diverse range of legal matters, from p
