About the role: Connecteam is looking for a highly analytical, hands-on, and systems-oriented Senior Lifecycle & Automation Manager to own and scale our lifecycle marketing efforts across the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and scaling lifecycle programs that improve lead nurturing, activation, engagement, pipeline generation and reactivation across both sales-assisted and product-led motions. We’re looking for someone who thinks in funnels, behaviors, systems, experimentation, automation, and customer journeys and who can independently turn ideas into measurable business impact. What you'll be doing: Lifecycle Strategy & Funnel Optimization Own lifecycle marketing initiatives across lead nurturing, activation, onboarding, engagement, expansion, and dormant lead reactivation. Design and optimize multi-step customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and lifecycle stages. Build lifecycle programs that improve top-of-funnel conversion, product adoption, sales efficiency, and pipeline generation.
