Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science, Minimum 3 years of experience working as a leader or manager in engineering, Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team, Minimum 3 years of experience in Liaison Engineering, Minimum 3 years of experience working with external customers, and cross-functional value stream stakeholders to resolve complex issues, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62
