**Senior Legal Counsel, Treasury, Corporate & Technology** **If you are an experienced lawyer looking to play a central role in a major APRA****‑****driven transformation program, with genuine influence, autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure, this might be your next career opportunity.** We are seeking an experienced senior lawyer to advise the CBA Group on the planning and implementation of APRA Prudential Standard CPS 900. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on a significant, group-wide program, while being part of a leading internal legal team. Success in this role means being a trusted adviser on complex matters, valued for judgment, commercial insight and an ability to get things done collaboratively. **Do work that matters:** You will take a lead role in providing practical, solution-focused legal advice and project leadership. The role will include: * Support across all project workstreams, including legal project management and coordinating with business units, APRA and industry; * Advising on interpretation and application of APRA prudential standards and related APRA guidance in a large, complex financial institution; * Leading engagement and management of external legal advice on both domestic and foreign law issues; * contract analysis and remediation; and * Managing competing priorities and regulatory timelines while maintaining high‑quality legal outcomes. Although dedicated to the CPS900 program, the role may also provide opportunities to contribute to other strategic projects or transactions where capacity and interest align. **See yourself in our team:** This role will sit within the Treasury, Corporate and Technology Legal team.
