What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum 5 years experience from equivalent work at a law firm, company, or other relevant organization, comfortable working independently with a broad range of commercial legal matters, Knowledge of regulations regarding data protection, personal data processing and IT-related law, Experience in Finnish law, including contract law, public procurement and other relevant areas of commercial law, Very good oral and written proficiency in English and Finnish
Nice to Have
Experience from an international business environment, supporting business stakeholders in a larger organization, Proficiency in Swedish
What You'll Do.
Reviewing and drafting agreements
Participating in internal and external meetings
Responsible for various legal issues
Ongoing legal support to business
Prepare and review agreements
Work with template documents
Negotiations with customers and suppliers
Contact person for external lawyers
Participation in decision-making processes
Internal training activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support the operations in Finland; Support the legal department in the Nordics; Act as legal advisor to internal support functions; Act as legal advisor within the company's various areas; Involved in projects with specialists from different parts of the business
Communication Scope
Very good oral and written proficiency in English; Very good oral and written proficiency in Finnish
