10+ years legal experience, 5+ years law firm/corporate legal experience, Significant commercial agreement experience, High volume commercial transactions experience, Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations, Ability to assess legal, operational, business risks, Deliver practical, solution-oriented guidance, Effectively manage multiple deals, agreements, deadlines, Juris Doctor degree, Licensed to practice law in any US state or DC

Experience with sales-driven, software or technology company, Business judgment to think tactically and strategically, Balance business needs with legal risks

Contribute to legal strategy
