Must Have

University degree in law, Seven to ten years experience, Contract drafting and negotiation, Commercial law experience, Corporate law experience, Solid exposure to energy projects, Experience in contract management, Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Additional degree is a plus, Experience in international infrastructure, Experience in energy companies, Cross-border project management experience, Good knowledge of Dutch, Good knowledge of French

What You'll Do.

Support BESIX Power in contractual documentation

Draft and negotiate agreements

Assist in project acquisition activities

Conduct due diligences

Provide legal support to M&A structuring

Assist in preparation of legal documentation

Follow legal aspects of projects

Assist in setting up partnerships

Draft and negotiate legal documentation

Coordinate and supervise external law firms

Monitor and analyze new regulations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordination with project team; Coordination with corporate functions; Liaison with Group's general secretariat
